The newest update (3.1) to the Flash Lite family has only been around since first half of 2008, since then it has proven rapid development both in applications and devices, Flash Lite enables Flash software development on mobile devices such as Nokia’s Series 40 and S60 handsets.
Flash Lite applications are written using ActionScript (high-level programming language), offering applications rich user interactive multimedia content, allows access to the device features such as GPS, Camera, Accelerometer, Bluetooth etc. There are three types of Flash Lite applications standalone applications, embedded content into web pages or WRT widgets and screensavers.
